We're really not different at all. When it comes down to it, the average person has one testicle and one ovary - and, really, doesn't that pretty much describe us all?

Women are from the Pleiades open cluster, and men are from the Belt of Orion.

Consider prepuberty age 0-12, kids are kids, male or female.
next consider puberty 12-19 body change, function change, males are being males, females are being females preparing for breeding cycle. Next post puberty 16-40 breeding zone, males not equal to females. Post 50, we try but its really just a reminiscent pantomime, women grow mustaches, blokes grow breasts, male=female. We are all humans we only differ temporarily in our mid life., the rest of the time we are one. Cheers

We're only different to the extent we take on board the societal roles we believe are assigned to men and women.
