This is an issue that divides many people. Personally, I think abortions should continue to remain legal, but should not be used as birth control. It should be used occasionally, and should not be a monthly occurance. Such situations that warrant an abortion I believe is rape, failure of birth control, etc. What is your stance on abortion?

I figure it should be up to the woman to decide when, if ever, to get an abortion.

I am pro-life when that is the decision of the woman, otherwise, I am pro choice only.

So if this woman is, say, a prostitute, and constantly gets pregnant, she should be able to get an abortion whenver and forever? I do believe the woman who is more developed should have priority, but when it hits a certain degree it gets rediculous.

It's a public vote, so it's obvious, silly! I do think the woman should be entitled to abortions if she is raped though, why should she carry a child that she didn't even want to have or was forced to comply with?

Oh I want to clarify something, the difference between option 2 and 3 is that option 2 can include such things as birth control failing, while option 3 must be caused by someone else's fault, such as rape. Birth control failing is not a reason to pick option 3. Sorry about that, it won't let me edit the polls.

I don't believe in abortion for any reason. The back alley abortion argument is rather tired and a catch phrase for pro-abortion advocates, even though the practice of this seems to have been very rare according to research I have read. And the argument about rape and incest, while very sad, I don't think is a validity to abortion. I believe that it is a child in the womb and that the child should not be punished for someone else's horrible action. But that's me and I know there are many that disagree.
