However, if we want to focus the discussion narrowly on this case, then we are also not talking about a policy against hiring Muslim women. We are talking about a policy against employees wearing headscarves at work. Not all Muslim women wear hijab, and there is no indication that a Muslim woman would have trouble finding employment at A&F if she didn't.

This, is regardless of which religion it is, I feel in general behind closed doors you can be whoever you want, but when you step out into the professional world, you gotta tone down your faith.
