kant concept and intuition (Revelation, theist, faith, Biblical, Christ)

I am reading Immanual Kant Logic by Robert Hartman and Wolfgand Schwarz which is an analysis on Kant on logic. On page 96 of the book it states, " All cognitions, that is, all presentations consciously referred to an object are either intuitions or concepts."

"cognitions through concepts is called thinking."

I read this and started to think how much we build our reality around cognitions but realize that intuition shares the responsiblty of what is collective known as our reality.

In the arena of defining that which is divine or any aspect of the metaphysical I see intuition play a more prominant role in regards to "feeling a prescence" or having feelings that are transcribed into a personal reality.

How much does intuition play into your blief system versus congntion and what is a reasonable percentage (if applicable) for each one on endeavors of the metaphysical and divine?

When I look at those definitions I see no other way to treat them.

A revelation is something that has been disclosed to you, something shown to you .

If you take into consideration the problems with Biblical accuracy then there has been no literal "revelation" of Christ.

The problem lies I think in the impossibilty of the non-believer to put any faith into the last definition for revelation.

I have never seen any manifestation of divine will or truth and therefore cannot comprehend it in actuality.

The non-theist is forced to go with the literal meaning and in that light..well..it looks like intuition to us.

So Robtex,

When you get two Floridians to agree on ANYTHING and one is a "believer" and the other is not, it's pretty obvious why I asked what I asked (no tap dancing involved ).

SO... if indeed you see my revelation as intuition, then it plays a MAJOR role in my "belief system".
