Just to make sure I wasnt being overly sensitive, I tried to find the characteristics of a bully boss and compared it to mine. She passes they bully boss test with destiction:
1. Doesnt show appreciation 2. Treats people as their enemies 3. Impinges autonomy 4. Puts peoples status down 5. Trivialises and restricts roles in company. Well....at least I know i wasnt imagining the bully.

well i know the best way to stop a bully is to let him lose on someone els (you have to be so unmoral to put her on another human being but you will be rid of her), ones she is on the other person make a secret "rebellion" and get everyone to sign a waiver complaining about her and send it to her boss.

Hmmm let the bullies destroy each other sort of thing. If I set one bully on course with another bully, id be left with the spoils.
Not entirely unscriptural too. If satan rises up against satan, what will be left of him? A kingdom divided against itself will fall.

You can play workplace politics and find his or her supervisor and tattle. Chances are a bully boss has a lot of flaws.

Or just give the boss a roundhouse kick to the noggin' and begin looking for a new job. That would be an interesting sight for the co-workers as well.

The first bully boss I had, is when I was at a fast food job, and I simple requested to not be scheduled with her, and since I was well liked with the rest of managment, my request was granted.
The current bully boss I'm dealing with, I'm trying to get fired. And fortunatly I'm in a position to do so. I just have to wait for her to slip up, and get people rallied against her.
