Is there a situation in which it is possble that something is impossible?

But, to really answer the question, yes, it is possible for something to be impossible. If you answer any other way, you contradict yourself.

Yes, and he actually was huge in Germany. When I studied in France a few years ago, I got the inside scoop from a German girl, who said that she had bought his album in the late eighties early nineties. She didn't like him anymore, but he was once very popular there. Scary, isn't it?

Anything is possible, and nothing is impossible. I guess if "nothing" is part of "anything", then "nothing" is also possible. But "anything" does not equal "nothing", so I wouldn't say that "possible" equals "impossible".
