Touche . . . actually one of my specialties is using the law to help maneuver jurors during selection. The current leading case on the subject in Texas is one of mine.

Anyway, I was in Plainview (a few miles south of Amarillo) when Oprah was on trial there in 1998. In any case, I'm more concerned about *boo.. hiss* her comments and that of the Communist Chicks than the trial (etc).
