What do you do at times of tribulations? How do you face it ? And to whom you resort?

So what I understand is that you resort to nobody for help, right?
Don't you feel frustrated or depressed by those hardships?

I've often heard that suffering is a source of wisdom, but I honestly don't know about that Peace. Suffering can also cause some people to become unloving, bitter, and cynical.

From my POV Phil and according to my belief there is a wisdom behind every suffering and every tribulation. The wisdom behind it is to take away our arrogance and show us that we are mere weak creatures and that there is a mighty power out there and that mighty power is of course our Creator. It also teaches us that we are dependent on Him, for example when a calamity befalls me I do resort to Him for support and help and solace and to grant me patience to overcome all the hardships.
