Default Should the USA ratify United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child
The Convention of the Rights of the Child (CRC) became part of international law in 1990 when it was ratified (adopted into law) either entirely or partially by 193 of the 195 members of the United Nations. The only parties who have not ratified the CRC to any extent are Somalia and the USA.

Unlike the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the CRC is a legally binding document under international law.

The USA is a signatory to the CRC. Should it ratify the CRC as well?
