What does it mean to walk in integrity? Can we all do it? Is it only possible for some? What does it take to have integrity?

Integrity is being conscientious even when nobody is around. It results from the relentless pursuit of honesty at all times. Integrity is praised, yet starves. You can get another job, but you can't get another integrity.

Everyone is born with true integrity, but most, if not all, of us lose it before we reach adulthood. I believe one can regain integrity, but depending how far one has become removed from it would determine how easily regaining it might be. One could move to a new place with a new outlook on life's morals and values, but if your reputation precedes you, then you may have some hurdles to conquer before integrity is restored. Integrity is within and without, meaning that you may well be full of integrity, but people may not, for whatever reason, believe that you are. The opposite can also be true.
