Buddhism seems to work without faith. Taoism seems to work without faith. Shinto seems to work without faith. Confucianism seems to work without faith. Many Native American religions seem to work without faith. How long of a list do you want?

Buddhists believe in reincarnation and karma. They faithfully follow the teachings of the Buddha with the faith that Buddha achieved enlightenment and that those who would follow in his teachings too could become englightened. These are some of the faith required in Buddhism so I don't see why it would not require faith. I'm focusing on faith because if faith is the only thing that mainly constitutes in the participation of a religion, then as Nietzcshe said, "A casual stroll through the lunatic asylum shows that faith does not prove anything."
