What are facts and how do we go about obtaining them?
What are some of the things which you consider to be factual and explain what these things have in common that make them factual. In other words, what is the esscence of what you consider to be fact?

There are no facts other then the facts as I see them . And those facts may change as I study them under a different light .

A concept whose truth can be proven.
I think the vast majority of people miss the philosophical and pshychological behind the person interpreting the data though.....which are more famously attached to theist and not to non-theist.

A " fact " is a concept that has been proven in some way . The key word there being " concept ". Concepts can be proven , disproven , agreed upon , reworked , reworded , whatever ? And they change depending upon how we study them .

I think that a fact is merely an accurate description of a circumstance. It is data that necessarily excludes at least one circumstance, thus describing the circumstance in which this or these circumstance(s) is/are excluded. Whether or not we are inclined to believe that they are facts depends upon whether or not they conform to our interpretation of reality, though our interpretation of reality is usually complete rubbish in which no authority whatsoever, much less regarding the fate of the universe, should ever be invested.

Facts are relative bits of truth. We obtain them through observation, mostly. It's a fact, for example, that I'm typing these words on my computer's keyboard. This bit of information is true, but only so long as I remain here, typing. An hour from now it'll no longer be a true bit of information (a fact), because I'll no longer be typing on my computer's keyboard, I'll be doing something else. It will be a fact that I was typing on my computer's kerboard, however. Facts are relative and finite, like we are, so they tend to change a lot.

There is no such thing as a fact, merely reproducible and falsifiable phenomena. That's a fact.
