I've heard some states have or are considering 'Good Samartian' Laws that protect people who make a good faith effort to lend aid in an emergency. IMHO, anyone who sues someone who helped save his life is despicable scum...but that' s a topic for another thread.
![]() Many years ago in high school health class, I took a course in CPR. I have never had to use it, and frankly, I'm not confident that I remember enough about it to save a life today.
