Specifically, do you believe that supernatural events can and will occur to punish people for bad behavior? I've felt a sense of impending doom in the past that eventually led to disastrous events in my life. I'm pretty sure this was just from me being self-destructive but wondered if someone looking down didn't just decide that they'd had enough of me. Also, what about traditional superstitions?

Superstitions such as ladders and black cats and such are nonsense, but I do believe in a kind of karmic justice. I believe we reap what we sow. What you send out comes back to you. I also believe this can still be retribution for deeds in a past life. Karma is both positive and negative. I believe everything is cyclic.

A commiter of dark deeds is not content. If one has bad behavior, this behavior will be reciprocated by one's associates. Therefore, destruction of others is ultimately a destruction of self. As for supernatural impedement, I don't think a criminal has a higher probability of being struck by lightning and killed. If only it were that easy; we'd have a lot less crime.

Like Draka, however, I do believe that there is karma ... at least on a mundane level. Our actions determine the kind of people we become, and that determines what kind of things happen to us. Quote:

I am partially superstitious, but then I am partially depressive/ psychotic.
I do believe some things seem to happen just when you need them to or really don't want them to, but either way it is usually for the better and helps you to grow as a person. God knows i've had too many such things happen in my life for them to be mere coincidences.

If you are talking about premonition, then that is simply the mind putting things together that it cannot unless in deep sleep. If not, then no. I beleive htat ghosts are another kingdom of beings, but other then that you would have to better define 'supersticious'. Otherwise I do not beleive that I am, no.
