I go to church on Saturday which is the sabbath because it's the seventh day.... It's one of the ten commandments to keep the sabbath holy so I don't work on saturday. The sabbath is from sundown friday to sundown saturday.
Sunday is a man-made day of rest.
"Constantine the Great made a law for the whole empire (A.D. 321) that Sunday should be kept as a day of rest"

What do you guys think about the sabbath?

I think the Sabbath is great, yet I celebrate (yes celebrate) the sabbath on Sunday. I love going to Church and I know I should be thinking of God everyday and serving Him everyday(which I try), I am extra dedicated to Him on Sundays.

I'm wondering... what else does the Bible say about the Sabbath? I know it says to keep it holy... but why do followers equate "maintaining holiness" with "not working"?

At Mt Sinai, God mentions one reason:

"Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord your God. In it you shall do no work: you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates. For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it."

I also believe, like thetruthwillsetyoufree mentioned about the Moses bit, I also believe it's because God only worked 6 'days' so-to-speak on the Creation and rested the 7th day.

You mean in terms of what day we should observe it? To me, I believe that keeping the Sabbath Day holy is very important. I can understand where you're coming from (about worshipping on Saturday) because technically it is the 7th day and there is no getting around that. I personally think that it is less important to God which day of the week we chose to observe as the Sabbath than the fact that we do observe it. We need to dedicate one day of the week to worship and to spiritual renewal. Whether we do this on Friday, Saturday or Sunday strikes me as not being really all that important.

i see all sin as equal
and it's one of the 10 commandments just like
thou shalt not murder or
thou shalt not steal
all on the same level in my oppinion
