I second s2a's and Riverwolf's posts. You need to have some professional help; there's little we here can offer you other than a community. Consider speaking to a priest, or rabbi, or whatever, and if (and I suppose this is the big "if") you can afford it, a professional psychotherapist and follow their advice.
