While visiting a relative we took a moment to watch tv.
A documentary came up called Hacking Democracy.

This is a must see.
Especially with the up and coming election at hand.

Just so you know....
The video is about voting machines that tally votes contrary to what the voters do.

It's an expose' about voting machines and elections.
It's about voting tallies and how they are handled.
It's about the possibility of vote manipulation.

The documentary does more than raise suspicion.

I do not believe the film to be fabricated.

Voting is nothing more than an illusion anyways, deep down we all know it doesn't mean anything.

Yeah, I've been suspicious ever since Reagan.
But this documentary takes the technology and lays it out in the light for all to see.

The company that builds the machines makes millions.
They claim the devices are hack proof.

But someone discovered an executive program in the memory cards.
It's not suppose to be there.
It allows the card to be programmed.....favoring an outcome.
These things are everywhere.

Not true. Individual person-by-person voting doesn't do anything. So, yes, in that regard you're correct. Electoral and other highly biased voting methods are the meat of the "out of our hands" voting process.

As a softwre engineer, I can tell you that [s]Diebold[/s] Premier Election Solutions are, as they say, doin it rong. In many ways, all of which are easily avoidable, and should not put people off the idea of electronic voting machines.

Have you seen the documentary?
It's a real kick across America's backside.

You do know about the executive program built into the card?
the one that ain't suppose to be there?
the one that was demoed to function on command and change the voted outcome?

As for me...
this election leaves little to choice, anyway.
I don't believe politicians have what it takes.
Little more than grand standers on soapboxes.

Too bad the one item we think we have control over....we don't.
See the film...and then sit and wonder.
