![]() (i think im the only man to stop and ask for directions) i think ive missed a lot of big signs in my life that i should have noticed but didnt untill a little bit too late - and im only 17 so you guys an' gals must also have missed some signs in your own lifes (one was when i did my first junction - i thought they had to give way to me - but they weren't in agreement - incidently i had my first court experience soon after )but seriously though, we are all ignorant in our own way - some of us are more ignorant to certain things than others, some of us are just generally less ignorant all round - but we are all guilty of missing important things in our lifes, including the little things! god bless

The reason I don't ask for directions is that I actually READ the signs and a map, and the vast majority of the time, they get me where I'm need to go.
I've also found that asking some local yokel which way to go is a quick way to get lost worse than you thought you were.![]() I think a lot of people don't have the patience and/or reference skills to figure it out on their own. When they ask someone, they get the answer spoon-fed to them, and that's easier for some people than actually utilizing the grey matter.

Im always telling my boss at Arbys we should just take down the menu board in drive through since people obviously don't read it. On any givin day, there are at least 30 people that ask for Dr. Peper, even though we don't have it, and at least 10 people who complain that thier total is too high, and wasn't rung up right. People obviously don't read the prices either. If anyone here lives in a country were there are no Arby fast food resturants, just FYI, there are several 5 dollar sandwiches on the menu. The cheapest is a 2 ounce roast beef sandwich at 1.50 USD. And people complain that our cash registers don't add right.
