Nothing Bush has done is funny. Stupidity of that level in the commander in chief is not funny, it's horrifying.

It seems Prime minister Gordon Brown doesn't find him funny either.
He has announced he is changing our stance on international relations. Meaning he no longer cares how bush regards or ignores the UK. He will be his own man, and the UK Will look to all nations to help solve international problems. He has also said Power in the world is no longer measured in the might of arms.
