New "Mafia" anyone?
It's been a while since this game has been played on here, but from what I remember of it it was quite fun. So would anyone be interested in playing another round? We have some new blood on this forum that might add nicely to it, as well as some old pros that played the game quite well. If anyone doesn't know what this game is just ask and I will be happy to explain.

Mafia:
A fictional village/town is created and we all live in this town. The mafia has infiltrated this town and is picking off some poor innocent villager each night. There is one game host who narrates the game and assigns all roles. Everyone who participates gets a role as a villager or a mafia person. There are usually 4 mafia who conspire amongst themselves, via PMs, as to their strategy and who they kill off every “nighttime”. The villagers wake up each morning to find someone dead and they must accuse someone, have a trial, and lynch someone before the next nighttime falls. Only after a lynching will it be revealed if the person was guilty or innocent. The villagers are not helpless. They have a few secrets themselves. Among them are a SEER (who can ask the Host about one person’s status every night), a DOCTOR (who can pick someone that they will be willing to save every night), and a BODYGUARD (who picks someone to protect every night). The SEER has an inside look at people and can be vital to figuring out who is innocent and who is guilty. The DOCTOR can save the life of someone if they happen to be the mafia’s target that night and the next morning they wake up in the hospital recovering from their attack. The BODYGUARD protects a person during the night and if they happen to be the target of the mafia that night then it is one of the mafia who gets taken out by the BODYGUARD. Obviously, the object of the game is for the villagers to lynch all the mafia before they are killed, and for the mafia members it is to kill everyone and take over the town.
