Didn't lose interest, just picked up a few jobs the past few days, but I'm back for now.

I'll keep checking for when the ship gets to the next port.

actually Luke, do you want to start playing now? if you want to take the role of a character on the current enemy ship, jump over to ours, and engage me in a fight scene, then as the other ship is taken i can offer you a place amongst my crew.

interested in trying to kill me?

If you're going to go with that, I have to ask: Am I the only one still on the ship with you right now?

there are a few people on reserve, but generally speaking most people will have jumped ship. we have a strong hold on their ship, and so long as we can keep that, they don't stand a chance of taking our ship - so we're concentrating on the attack.

So, if he's going to try to kill you, do I get to try to kill him? Or should I just stand there and look pretty?

i can see this duel going into waters that your character can't deal with, you will probably choose to stand back

I prety much left it up to Painted Wolf as to whether or not I come to help.
Though it would be an interesting situation for the Captain to have a meat shield that is immune to magic in this particular situation.

In fact, it may well be a rather interesting way for Luke Wolf to be suppressed, that his main attacks are rendered useless against such a crew member, especially if Luke Wolf's
character has never before encountered such an opponent.

Merely a suggestion that may help Luke Wolf''s character "save face" (for lack of a better term).

Though since the other characters would not know about this immunity and my character not advertising it, for in game consistency, the reasons for my helping the Captain need be for reasons other than that. At least until it is known in game afore mentioned immunity.

ok guys, Captain Mike won't be with you for quite a while, some of you have bits of information about what Mike was planning, you have various options available to you as to where you go, i'll send some of you a few prompts and role play some low level crew men if it looks like you need them, and i'll continue to post commentary and the results of actions you take as the game unfolds further.

Mike's quarters are locked, just like the previous first mates' quarters are, but Father Nuts has the key to that room and the enemy Captain is being held in there. the navigation room and the Fathers' quarters are the other two rooms in the main cabin, you all have access to the navigation room which has charts, maps and general equipment in it, and Father Nuts is the only one with a key to his room. the keys to all the different quarters are different

Edit: oh yeah, i'll be role playing the enemy Captain should people interrogate him, who by the way should be fully conscious now.
