I know this shouldn't be that funny, but I knew probably about 80-90% of those answers, and if I had thought about it a bit more, I would know more......If you are a person who thinks USA is the best....well, this isn't for you.

I love those. The best part was when he asked them which country to attack next and they had switched the names around on the map so everyone kept picking Australia.

I hear ya. I know my geography VERY well and wouldn't be fooled for a second, lol. Mind you... they would just edit us out of the film to portray the image they wish to reflect. It is sad.

Exactly; I am not sure the word "sad" is enough though, I can think of better expletives..........

It's the truth! What is even worse is when they take the time to get a little knowledge. Then they want to argue. You should try grading papers on a college level. Kids today think using text and computer shortcuts are acceptable for a term paper.

When I was in High school, people who did not do well academically, learned a trade. At least they could make a decent living. Try getting a young person to come to work on time every morning. "Why must construction workers come in so early?" "When are we going home?" Uh, when we are finished. Perhaps if you quit texting with your cell phone, we might to get to go home earlier.

People never read a book or watch the news. They can tell you all about sports or movies however.

Every time we want vouchers to remove our kids from public schools so they could get an education, we are shot down. I would like to interview teachers who are leaving public schools, they would do better than the example, but not by much.

Sure, there are people who are ignorant, but there are just as many who are not.

I just heard a report that 1/3 Americans are functionally illiterate. It was on CNN I think. This is what we get for putting our kids in public schools.
