The wealth that will get you into hell (Jesus, Earth)

The are times when I look at my ever growing pile of points on this forum, and feel the guilt of my Earthly wealth I have accumulated.

I love the sound of the site from which I have quoted..sounds rather "Winnie the Pooh"ish..but what it quotes is right............

Matthew 6:24

No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

Here Jesus is teaching that you cannot choose two masters equally. You must make a decision of one over the other. If you choose God then you will hate earthly riches. If you choose earthly riches then you will hate God. Again this speaks of ranking and preferring one above another. Again, you cannot equally have two masters in the kingdom of God. You can only have one. The other will become "hated."

Then I look at the following members (I haven't singled you out guys, Vplaza notes your financial prowess.

Victor........... a Roman Catholic ?
Maize, I can understand; after all with her UU world view, I guess she is thinking of appointing acommittee to oversee the appintment of a committee..........

But, to you all, "If you choose earthly riches then you will hate God"
