There is a Bosnian girl band that has released its songs in several languages as a way of honoring different groups in the country.
![]() Please, take a moment to listen to each and let me know which you like best! The first version is Spanish, in honor of Bosnia's Jews - who came here from Spain. It has a couple of Bosnian Jewish ways of saying things in it that I recognize for old women screaming from their doorsteps. http://media.putfile.com/Llama The second version is Turkish, in honor of Bosnia's Muslims - since it was the Turks who brought Islam to us. http://media.putfile.com/Sevdim The third version is Bosnian, of course. This version is obviously the best vocally because its their own language, so they're not timid and sing stronger. http://media.putfile.com/Zovi And the final version is English, in honor of UN peacekeepers. http://media.putfile.com/Call-Me-39
