Bosnia has more than a few signs that would raise eyebrows in most other countries.

If you're stupid enough to leave your car there, so be it.

The war made for some interesting signs as well. Here's the sign at the tunnel that connected Sarajevo to the outside world, allowing medicines and food to enter the city while it was surrounded by Serb forces.



Don't dare drive faster than 40 km/hr around these children, shoot at them instead.



Most of the largest massacres of the war, like Srebrenica, still claim thousands of bodies waiting to be identified. So they start public relations campaigns, trying to get people to recognize the clothing of their loved ones and also raise public awareness.

Sarajevo tries very hard to accommodate tourists, such as offering signs in English (they think).



And pointing out where important war events took place, like the start of the Sarajevo siege:

I remember the signs in the Fawlty Tower Series. Each episode they would display the sign with a different message. For example:
