Matthew McConaghy! My mom and I were struggling to remember the name, or what he'd been in, until I remembered that he'd given a cooking demonstration of 'beer chicken'. Whew! I couldn't remember his name for the life of me for a moment there!

From the second one, it almost looks like Ashton Kucher, but I don't know if it's him or not. (Boy, I could've sworn from those dimples it was Matty-boy. The demonstration was on "Rosie," I think, and it involved a southern cooking method of marinating the chicken by putting a can of beer on the inside before roasting it.) (An important part seems to be drinking some of the beverage before continuing the process.)
