Fox statue I did in art class
He kind of sucks, but...
 Tada! He's only the second sculpture I've attempted, so please be gentle with criticism.  I'm ridiculously proud of him, though. I've taken to calling him Kon-kon ('Kon' is the Japanese word for the sound a fox makes when it barks), and he's going in my room right next to the fox pelt I got a few months ago (I figured it could use some company).

It is very good Jensa. I couldn't get it looking half that good. When I make something people ask me if I'm going to do anything with the lump of playdoh (as technical as I get)

That looks great!! Keep it up, you've got talent!! If I were to try that it would be a big orange, white and black blob. I would have to tell people that it is supposed to be "abstact".

Thanks guys
He's not very balanced as far as symmetry goes, but I suppose I can improve that with practice. I was going to put a clear glaze on him and fire him to make him shiny (oddly enough, clear glaze is a light pink before being fired), but I got so excited about him I decided to bring him home today.Heh heh, now that you guys have shown interest in what I make during Pottery class you're going to get bombarded with pics once I get all my pots back.
