I dare say you guys have heard this one; but for those who haven't....
The chief's son of a tribe of American-Indians reckoned his son ought to 'take a wife'; he though long and hard about this, then called his son in;
"Son, "he said "I reckon it's about time you took on a wife; I've chosen the best three young women from the tribe; you'll have to spend a night with each one, get to know them, and then come back and tell me what you think.."
O.K, so the first evening, the young guy went into the tepee of one of the girls; he was impressed! Lovely girl, looking very seductive, lying on a panther's hide. Spent the night with her, very nice etc..........
Next evening went into the second girl's tepee; now this one was a stunner! she was sot of lying seductively on a hipopotamus's hide. Again, spent the night getting to know her...........
Next night, third Tepee, nice girl again, lying on a mountain bear's hide; got to know her etc etc.........
Went to see his Dad the next day.
"Hi son", said his Dad, " Made up your mind ?"
His son looked at him, a big grin on his face "No problem; the girl I saw on the second night.
Dad looks up "What made you choose her ?" He asked
Son says "No contest; the squaw on the hipopotamous's hide is equal to the sum of the squaws on the other two hides!"
