Me and my son love Chicken wings.

We have a couple different places we go to get them, or sometimes we make them at home.

What is you favorite kind of wings?

Is beer required with wings?

I don't like wings. They're too messy, and it's just worth the effort.

I like wings, they are the better part of the chicken.

And I don't like beer, so it isn't needed

Yes, I like the "nuclear" wings at a local place.

I'd have to make my own wings now if I wanted them. Which is fine, because it sure isn't hard, as long as I have some homemade Red Hot on hand.

I make wings sometimes when I do large scale volunteer catering, but that's usually more for a "lunch" meeting. I use the commercially available ingredients for those.

I do like beer with wings, but booze is off limits for me. About once a year I have a non-alcoholic beer, but the carbs are iffy too, so mostly I don't bother. Perrier with a squirt of lime juice does nicely with hot food also, and it has no calories.

sounds like something my son would like I keep waiting for him to blowup after he eats Suicide wings with extra hot sauce on the side.

I used to make my own salsa, as nothing I could buy would be worth the bother. Pace is hotter than most brands, and now the only thing I'll use is their Hot, which is hot enough but I wouldn't mind a touch more.

I used to can my own stuff made from my own homegrown ingredients and label it Salsa de Muerte.
