I ate an apple for breakfast today, after I ate eggs and a biscuit, and still had the same results. That's why I don't like eating apples for breakfast, because then I have to eat a huge lunch. Even though I love apples.

Apples have a glycemic index of 38, which means that if that is the answer (and I was definitely thinking it would be something similar to that), my body's repsonse to things around it is out of the ordinary. Very interesting...

O.k try it this way I don't know if it will help but it did for me.
I eat only protein in the morning, very little carbs. I either have a Protein Shake with Frozen Mixed Berries. Or An Egg Omlet with pepers or mushrooms cheese. But no Bread or Apples. Then it is not bad the rest of the day. I mostly have my carbs for supper but after my Protein. Try it maybe it will help. They say if you start your morning with carbs you crave it through the day. |

You could also have scrabled eggs with peppers etc.
In a low carb wheat pita. |
