I get a "Holiday Sampler" around the end of the year; I think it is Sam Adams, but not entirely sure. There is a Cranberry Lambic in there that will curl your hair.
I also recommend the Pyramid Apricot Ale, Strawberry Blonde from Pete's Wicked, Samuel Adams Summer Ale (lemon), and I had a raspberry one once, but can't recall the name.

If I'm drinking beer in a restaurant, I'm most likely to drink Bud, because I'm used to it and it's widely available. But I prefer Yuengling and Red Stripe to Bud when I can get them, and I almost always prefer microbrews to anything mass produced. It's like the difference between home cooking and fast food. If I know a restaurant brews its own beer, that makes me more interested in going there, and I'll always try at least a couple of their house brews.
