Default Hot Chocolate and Chilli Sauce

Pour 285ml carton of whipping cream into a pan and add 1 red chilli, split and deseeded.Bring the cream slowly to the boil, then remove from the heat and stir in 250g of chopped plain chocolate(the best you can get).Stir until the chocolate has melted then set aside for 20 mins.Remove the chilli, pour into a bowl and serve warm, with chunks of your favorite fruit...pineapple and strawberries are mine,so simple yet an excellant dessert and fun too...and believe it or not it goes well with venison or duck.
