Default Mango mousse

Mango Mousse


Use fresh or tinned mangos (small tin)
3 egg whites
2 cups cream
½ cup sugar
tablespoon gelatine
Dash lemon juice


Mash mangos, dissolve gelatine with water and lemon juice, and add mangos.
Beat egg whites till stiff, add sugar and beat.
Beat cream just thick, mix all ingredients together and chill.
serve with fruit
