Ok ^_^ I'll post a recipe for rainbow cookies too. Can you tell I love to bake?
Tiramisu 1 large container marscapone cheese (not sure of the exact size, but about the size of a coolwhip tub) 4 eggs - separated 1 cup of sugar 2 packcages Italian champagne ladyfinger cookies (I prefer Belle Amore brand) Espresso coffee - 6 cups prepared 1 tablespoon Grand Marnier or Remy Martin Hershey cocoa powder Beat marscapone, egg yolks, and sugar until fluffy and creamy. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold the egg whites into the marscapone mixture a little at a time. Dip the cookies into a mixture of the espresso and liquor very quickly and layer in a 13 x 9 inch glass pan. When the first layer is done, put half of the cheese mixture on top and spread evenly over the cookies. Sprinkle cocoa powder over the cheese. Repeat a layer of cookies and a layer of the remaining cheese mixture. Top with cocoa. Refridgerate for a few hours to set.

This is our menu:
Cold Mexican Dip with Tortillas Spinach Dip in a Bread Bowl Turkey (we're going to brine it) Stuffing Gravy Cranberry Sauce Garlicky Mashed Potatoes (Does anyone need garlic? When I did the shopping, I thought clove meant head. My husband hasn't stopped laughing at me since...) Macaroni & Cheese Sweet Potatoes with Praline Topping Green Bean Casserole Drop Biscuits Corn Bread Pumpkin Pie Apple Honey Custard Pie Pecan Pie We are making everything from scratch. The pies, mexican dip and cranberry sauce are done, though we burned the pecan pie and had to make another one (our oven cooks a bit fast...). |

I'm making:
Turkey Cornbread stuffing Mashed pototes w/Gravy Green bean casserole Broccoli casserole Marinated Asparagus (if it looks good when I go to buy it tomorrow) Candied Yams Cranberry sauce Yeast rolls Pumpkin pie Apple Pie I can't go to my mom's this year. This is the menu (plus the asparagus which I always make) she usually makes along with some appetizers, which I'm not making. I think I'm going to need to invite some people over to eat all this food.
