For you lemon lovers!
I made this for my dad for father's day. Personally I'm not too fond of lemons, and boy, did this taste lemony! But my dad loved it, so I'll assume any other lemon lovers will as well.
The recipe calls for homemade crust, but I took the lazy way out and bought a few small tart crusts at the grocery store and skipped on the cream. The recipe I used can be found here. I forgot to add the cornstarch, but it turned out fine, just a little runny.
