Default Help finding an image

I need help finding an image. I was a picture of a symbol from a book that i read (the symbol is described in the book and is fantasy so I have to rely on fan art).

Its in the Terry Goodkind serious "Sword Of Truth" and there are like 12 books in the series. The symbol is called a Grace and it is a geometric shape with circles, squares, and an eight point star.

I really really really would appreciate if anyone could help. I'm TERRIBLE as searching for stuff online.

Heck, I'll give you frubals or coins or whatever. I just need help.

Wow that is really close. That is the right symbol yes. very much so and frubals.

I'm looking for a representation that I would get as a tatoo. So it has to be perfect. the eight pointed star should be made of two squares (i could go either way on this) and the rays of the star should go through all of the circles and squars.

mrs stemann, i can't believe you found this! thank you so much!

No problem, CDRaider. That was just, as you say, "Fan Art" so she obviously pictured it differently to how you did. I hope you manage to find/construct a copy of how you want yours. Maybe you could do it yourself in MS Paint?

I probably will end up doing just that. the only problem is that I have to go through all the books to find which one it was in!!!

I'll explain it for you so you can see why I want it.

The outercircle represents the world of the dead, where you go after you die, it stretches on into enternity and has no boundaries on the other side. There are layers to that for what we would consider heavens and hells. the square inside respresents the world of the living. This world is very limited and small compared to the life thereafter. The inner most circles is the Creator or God. His star represents his light and his power and his love. Each of the points of the stars shoot out through all the other relms as a sigh that his love, power, might, ect can reach anyone anywhere.

It exemplifies my religious belief.

I believe it was pretty close to the beggining to The Temeple of winds. You can probly just start 1 or 2 chapters in to look for the part were they were having the meeting with zedd and ann.

But its kinda cool to see what it actualy might look like. I was thinking about it the other day but couldnt realy seem to think of an actual picture.
And i also do believe that there was a symbol on the grace for the gifted (not completly sure but im still pretty sure there is one).
