Feeling important

Queen victoria was important already. Still she observed something that all of us know is true. Some people lift you up, others drag you down.

She could feel when she was in the presence of someone great, and she the queen was humble enough to acknowledge that her own importance is not something that she could self-inflict. She could still be made to feel important by someone lower in rank.

Right! Feeling "most" important is just an illusory concept.

I do have more than a handful of people in my life though...
family, close friends, lovers who make me feel totally loved.
Who appreciate me...for REAL... and "get me".
And I appreciate them and "get them"... for real.
and I love them all very deeply.
No one being any more "important" than another.
They each exist in my love as something completely unique and treasured.

Any "love" that needs to feel "most important"...
is a lesser love. It is a needy love.
And love... real love... is about fulfillment... not need.

Who should not be of highest importance to their own Self, right?
If we each don't REALize our own importance...for our own Self... who will?

I am certainly most important to my Self,
but when others become a PART of me...
they reside there ... in the importance of my Self.

As one "in love" with me...
they BEcome an important and unified part of who I am.

(I tend to LHP myself Josh... though I often call myself ambidextrous.)
