This is a list of a few in no particular order.

• Having inappropriate relationships with students (sexual, business partnership, “after school buddies”, drinking binges, etc)
• Violation of clearly stated school rules and educational procedures
• Failing to perform duties (no teaching, chaos, wrong attitude toward the teaching profession, etc)
• Imposing on students personal views unrelated to the subject of a lesson or promoting such, especially some that do not represent the main stream (extreme political or religious views, views on controversial social issues, interest of a particular social group, etc).
• Improper grading, partiality, and lack of fairness (based on who is liked, who is not; race, past performance, background, etc)
• Exposing students to embarrassment or disparagement (emotional or psychological harassment)
• Invading students' privacy
• Engaging students in unethical behavior
• Accepting gifts and favors, quid pro quo (“for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and twists the words of the righteous")
• Deceiving students and their parents.

Many (if not most) elementary schools have things like "career day", in which non-teachers speak to the kids.

In every elementary school that our kids have attended (5 in total), parents are routinely used for things like helping set up or clean up for a party that the class has earned.

If a person is going to be in the classroom on a regular basis, then they have some type of paperwork that they have to complete, but on an ad hoc basis, nothing but a sign-in sheet is used.

If the grade school your child is attending has a clearly stated rule that prohibits the acknowledgement of homosexuality, and it is a public school, I would question its legality.

If you are that protective of your children, you might want to consider home schooling them - just to ensure that they get a complete indoctrination into the bigotry that you so strongly feel they need to prepare them for life.

Righteousness does not tolerate complacent, ignorant and cowardly individuals. When that individual claims the status of a man, it is even more revolting. By your action, non-action, deeds, and misdeeds you are the expression of your true religion.

As for this idea that there should be no moral rules in relationship to sexuality and sexual activity, I will remind you that sexually transmitted disease is not a figment of my imagination. I have witnessed the devestation that these backward lifestyles have caused to those who thought they were immune to the outcome of their unwholesome behavior.
