I do not desire to debate you. However, it seems that you are not strong in your faith. You appear to go along with what is popular in California, because you are afraid of the many homosexual who live there. It must be difficult trying to understand where you fit in. I'm afraid you'll have to rephrase your question as it doesn't make sense. "Homosexuality" isn't a "way" to "teach." Do you mean, Do Mormons believe it is moral to teach homosexuality to children? If so, your question is irrelevant. I taught my daughter the Mormon teaching that a man and a woman should be married in God's temple time for time and all eternity. I also taught her that not everyone makes the choice. Not every Mormon gets married in the temple and not every person is a Mormon - we're definately a minority. People choose to be Mormon or not. People choose to get married in the temple or not. And, yes, some people of the same gender fall in love and choose to get married. In California, this is completely legal - it is reality.

Bottom-line, I taught her LDS beliefs while teaching her tolerance. There's almost nothing worse than an LDS prude.

And, the late Gordon B. Hinckley, president/prophet of the church, emphasized loving our neighbors and accepting them. I'm sure LDS will argue that doesn't mean embracing homosexuality. I don't think that's what he meant either. But I do think he was asking use to be tolerant of those who are different than us. Homosexuals fall into that category.

Could you possibly be more condescending in your ignorance?

DisneyMan is teaching his children the morals and values that he holds dear, yet he is also teaching them tolerance in the process.

I would contrast that with someone that teaches their children intolerance and bigotry. That group would include the likes of Fred Phelps, the Ku Klux Klan, neo-nazis, and a host of others. This world would be a much better place without those that are smug and intolerant.

Feel free to figure out where you fit on that continuum - from those that practice their faith while allowing for dissenting opinion, to the Fred Phelps' of this world.

Your attempt to characterize DisneyMan as somehow being "weak" for not teaching intolerance and bigotry speak volumes - about your insecurity.

Like you, I also dream of a future. In my dreams, however, men are not so small minded that they feel a need to belittle those with different points of view.

This is not healthy for the digestive tract, and can cause immense injury. My children also understand, that the genitals are not a clean place to put their mouths, and that they should properly wash their hands after using the toilet. This will always help to stop the spread of sickness and disease. Homosexuality is not a tolerable or healthy way to teach children.

Do you know how many germs are passed through people's hands?
Hand holding is filthy and dangerous to your health!
A major spreader of illness!

Hands and fingers are for typing, and wiping your butt
and things like that. Not for touching others with.

Tongue kissing is definately out as well.

And of course penises and vaginas are for eliminating urine...
and vaginas blood! Blood is a major carrier of disease!

Best we just not share these things with others.
