Help me with survey for value-based people (ritual, attend, church)

I need your help with a survey I designed. It is asking questions for value-based people, especially parents. Please help me out as I need as many people to take this as possible. Thanks!

i am spiritual and religious, i do not belong to any organised group, yet i attend weekly services and am somewhat involved in two churchs....

if i may, though, i wasn't catered for with your "marital status" question, i am single (which wasn't on there) and civily unified wasn't on there

What's a value based person? I'm under the impression that everyone has values, although different people have different values. So, who should be taking your survery? Everyone?

Yes, I apologize for some missing responses in some of the questions. They are not as comprehensive as they could be.

Most people do live from a certain value-set. By asking for value-based people I wanted to get people to start thinking and considering their values before they even get into the survey. I understand that "value-based" will apply to a large majority of the people. The people most likely to take a survey for value-based people are those who have a generally defined sense of their value-set.

I believe that those who have responded to you thus far have an incredibly well-defined sense of values- it's just that the survey doesn't seem to recognize them as such.

I liked the survey and I'm glad people are gining you pointers on what to include. I agree everyone has values just not the same ones. Make sure you let us know you're findings if possible.

If hollywood stopped asking us what we want and started thinking about what they made... they might find their box office takes increasing.
