You got that right..I was so relieved to learn chocolate was high in anti-oxidants...I have to watch my weight so that factors into EVERYTHING...but I love dark chocolate and to know it's ok to eat it is just all out good news. I drink about 4 cups of decalf.coffee every day. I am not supposed to take asprin so chocolate is my only real way to get caffine every once in a while. too much makes me do that!!!:>)
