Michel, I'm suprised you like coffee. My wife hates it. Tea is her coffee. 8-12 cuppas a day. She prefers Irish tea, not to be confused with Irish coffee... No alcohol, just the blend of tea. She also hates the selection over here and the price. $2 for 25 tea bags of good tea.

I love coffee, but have given it up in my bid for a healthier diet. It wouldn't be so bad for me if I could drink it black, but I have to have sugar and cream, and lots of it. So, no coffee for me (which is a UU heresy, btw), but I'll probably have a cup or two over the holidays.

heres an interestin fact for y'all the cappuccino was invented by black-robed italian monks to keep their coffee warm whilest meditating (the coffee being used as an incence)

Michel, a small amount of nicotine a day is proven to ward off dementia; so I might not go cuckoo one day lol. And I might add, that coffee is most beneficial to smokers as it's anti-oxidants help to protect the lungs. However, I don't advise anyone to start smoking and to drink loads of coffee just because I do... Solon |

To bad I don't get all the free coffee I want anymore. It got to where I was drinking about three pots of my super-strong coffee every day I worked. Now I have to pay 96 cents just for a 16 ounce cup.

It seems chocolate laced coffee is even higher in anti-oxidants than is coffee alone. That's good news to me, because I occassionally lace my coffee with chocolate.
