Hehehe, I'm saving my pennies and learning survial skills. Maybe it'll be a depression, maybe it'll be complete anarchy. More likely a combination of both but either way, Scouts: be Prepared.

To be fair, I think the times have changed; the acceptance of the idea of borrowing money is entrenched in today's society.
I remember Mum telling me that in pre WWII London, the very first store to sell furniture on credit was launched. People were so snooty of those who needed to borrow money, that the store had to use plain vans to deliver the furniture, so neighbours wouldn't know. ![]()
