It talks about things such as tonsils, coccyx, appendix, that thing at the corner of your eye, etc. It also talks about the bones in a horse's leg.

I fail to see your point, RearingArabian. Clarify, please.

What about the muscles that I can use to move my ears? They used to be used to swivel my ears like a dog, but nowadays, they have no discernable purpose.

How about that muscle betwixt the ears that so many forget to use that it turns into jello?

RA, I am sorry, but this site has just got it's facts wrong. It's another example of creationists effectively blinding themselves to truth in order to exaggerate a single misguided claim, in hopes of fooling the world into believing their pseudoscience. The sorry part is that they don't realize they're trying to fool people!
First of all, the appendix and the tonsils cannot be placed in the same category. The tonsils are an active part of the human lymphatic system--this article is incorrect in stating that they were ever on the vestigial organs list. The appendix, on the other hand, is not active. When the appendix is removed, no changes or alterations in the rest of the lymphatic system can be noticed. When the tonsils are removed on the other hand, the workload is noticibly placed on the remaining lymph nodes, and people with missing tonsils are often more susceptible to infection. As far as the bit about horses goes--I have never heard about these supposed "excess tendons", but I do know of many other vestigial structures within the horse. For one, in the horse's leg there is a bone called the splint bone, which basically runs perpendicular to the cannon about halfway up. The purpose of this bone is nil, and this particular example was proven to me last summer when a horse I knew broke her's out in the field. As her break was healing, she was still able to walk fine, (her only inhibition being the swelling of her leg), and did not display any sort of pain whatsoever. Towards the end of her rest period, the vet even allowed us to start riding her again. The only danger of a broken splint bone, is if the bone itself or it's fragments interfere with the cannon bone or the many tendons and ligaments. Also in the horse, you can find the chestnuts, which are on the insides of their knees, and the ergots underneath their fetlocks. These little patches of horny tissue are remnants of a time when horses used to have three toes, instead of just one hoof. But these are just a few of the many, many vestigial organs found in animals. What about the wings on ostriches, or the eyes of blind cavefish? I think it humorous at best that creationists think they have this one solved with a bit of faulty information.

how about the fact that horse fetuses have three toes that slowly shrink as the fetus comes to term.

And I do believe in mutations and such, but not so much as to create a whole new creature.
