No, Schools are to teach facts, If they want to teach evolution they should recognize that it is only a theory and not proven.

and if they want to teach theories, they should provide unbias arguments for all theories on the subject

I'm just going to assume you're playing coy. By point, obviously, was that if we let kids "choose" what to believe regardless of facts and evidence, we might as well let them choose what to believe whether or not the earth is actually a sphere or if it's in fact flat, or whether or not it revolves around the sun, or the sun around it.

But that wouldn't be science, would it?

God damn it. How many types must we say it? That is NOT what "Scientific Theory" means! It's not "just a theory" or a guess or a hunch. It's not an antonym of fact. It doesn't mean the same thing as "theory" does in causal talk. Consider The Theory of Relativity or The Theory of Gravity, for example. A "theory" in the context of science is something that explains scientific observations and is falsifiable (which, by the way, Intelligent design is neither).

Seriously, dude.

Let's leave science for the schools, and creation for the churches.
