That is obvious on a physical level, but scientists fail to recognize the fact that as our physical bodies evolve, so do our minds and our spirit. For the notebook, I don't see the "spirit" which is the energy of what makes us "alive" as "supernatural". It is to me just another form of energy that has not been scientifically identified. This is how I come to the conclusion that ALL parts of life evolve, not just the body. Body, mind, and spirit. I appreciate your comment. Thanks.

There are so many with their university degrees in philosophy/religion and their "big" words trying to put some explanation to God and existence. Yet, through all that, a lot of them seem to know a whole lot of nothing about "existence". Life is not some big mystery. True knowledge and understanding comes from within. Energy never changes,just we notice things in duality & have the ability to bring the things we notice into the mundane sphere with us when we do,from our sub-conscious link into our fully functioning consciousness(and vice versa).

Body,mind & spirit is good,just could perhaps be more subtely defined?
