Humans did not "come to be". there is no origin.

God does exist, but He did not create us, He is only forming, organizing, changing us - if we allow Him too, He will not go against our free will, nor is He responsible for who we fundamentally are...

It may be concievable that life or at least dna or rna always existed just as certain matter has always existed and earth is just the perfect storm neccesary to bring about life as we know it.

We know DNA breaks down over time but what forms dna over time. Or even rna. What process that could have existed on a lifeless planet could have produced the beginnings of life?

We could say that question is meaningless because it did happen at some point and you are standing there so why question it?

You could make it even more meaningless saying it really truly doesnt matter because that same process has happened all over the universe on millions of other planets and there are millions of other life forms and atleast 42 of them are more advanced then us with better equipment and a solar system that will out live ours by millions and millions of years.

None the less it would be cool to figure out where we came from, how we can continue to live in the long run, esp if the sun will go bye bye one day and perhaps find other life out there. (If any exists and its likely that since we exist there are others that exist)

Aha! Somehow time machines and bets are always a bad idea esp when there is wine on hand.

hehe

Telomerase 'fixes' DNA; it's not hard to imagine a simpler version long ago.

Large influxes of materials from the formation of the solar system, coupled with the Urey/Miller experiments with the atmosphere and lightning producing amino acids; extreme tidal forces from the moon creating monumental tidal waves perfect for coating/depsoting materials in random combinations, not to mention the churning of the oceans themselves.

Bit of a digression there, appologies.

God made everything, not just men and women. All things in nature come from God, and I have proof! As a newbie I can't give you a link but if you check out my profile there is a link there.
I have called myself Ogmios as Nostradamus referred to an Ogmios(leader) that would be around about now, I fit the description that is given of Ogmios. Tell all your friends what you read on my blog. God is watching us all right now and always has been. The pain the suffering the injustice are all trials we as humans must endure to be worthy of eternal life. They are God's way of telling us he is there.

Which God? Anu? Jesus? Bhaal? Krishna? Allah?

Suffice to say the way I understand your God as you have set forth you essentially believe in a Santa Claus for adults.

What vanity us humans have to think a creature such as god should exist and be completely obessesed with how I am to take my next sip of coffee.
God didn't make me. I know where I came from. God didn't make my parents either. Nostradamus was a fraud and a pseudoscience. If you believe people can fortell the future with regards to human events you are basing a belief on a what you consider to be fact that has no scientific proof.

Quatrains, Chaismas, Astrology and psychics... A lot of nonsense. We can, with great precision, predict the future in the sense of the next eclipse or the next moon rise. We could also write with some certainity tales of the future that would come to pass providing we are sufficiently general enough. The first is science, the second is not.

There is only one God, he has many names given to him by men, check out the link and you will see scientific proof.
Open your mind though, and God will turn the light on for you.
