I very much like the science of evolution, and plan to do work on it later in my life. Its an elegant theory, and i have many new theoretical adaptions to test regarding aspects of it which we yet dont fully understand. I find front line science so exciting lol :P

any comparison of evolution to string 'theory' is misleading at best.
String 'theory' isn't a theory in any practical way other than name. (much like Intelligent Design "Theory") String theory does have one thing up on ID... it can make predictions. However, it can't test them. Thus it will remain outside the scientific definition of theory. Hypothesis is the best that String can manage. Once again Laws are for math. There is no law in Biology, theory is as important as you get. wa:do

It's an unfortunately common mistake. A mistake that certain groups take advantage of to spread misinformation and confusion.
This is why we need to improve science standards. wa:do
