I've heard several politicians blaming (yes blaming!)the working classes for this result and saying how worrying it is that the working class voted against this. It could undermine representative democracy!
Isn't democracy terrible when the peasants think for themselves!
I cannot get over the arrogance of the ruling classes. I'm delighted I voted NO and delighted they didn't get their way.

I can't say I'm delighted, but I think it's best. I'd like to see the EU move forward, but not by trickery and coercion.

I like this line from the Times:

idont know they promised us a referendom then backpedalled, i dont know whats going to happen at all, they just seem to plod on dont they regardless, plodding on with this european superstate idea.
