I'm certain that you're in a comfortable majority there too. However, it strikes me as absurd that someone should have the legal power, after they die, to have something cremated (or left to rot) that can be used to preserve someone else's life. It's like a perverse form of manslaughter.

Absolutely. The idea of being buried or burned is out of the times. We should save another life after we have had ours.
